This performance-based training system allows for in-depth training in the fundamentals, troubleshooting and repair of common industrial pneumatics systems. The device, through its industrial-grade hardware and its associated student manual, allows for complete training in the principles, application, physical properties and maintenance of modern pneumatic systems. All commonly used components are permanently mounted and identified on the front panel face. Removable components and optional, supplementary, components can be easily mounted on both horizontal and panel-mounted t-slot surfaces. All components are full-size, and of industrial quality. Connections are made using high-quality tubing with quick-disconnect fittings. The device can be provided with an air source and a mobile base cabinet. This affordable, yet in-depth, training system can improve skills and increase knowledge within industrial training programs or within the educational setting.
