These fully-functional devices are actual motor operated valve actuators, remanufactured for convenient training in the classroom or training lab. Through strategically placed cutaways and clear acrylic replacement parts, the complete internal configuration of these complicated, yet common, valve actuators are made available for viewing. Completely wired and incorporating simulated valve seats, all internal motions are visible while at the same time allowing for the setting of mechanical and electrical limits. Available rewired for 110 volt operation or incorporating higher voltage motors and controls, these devices will make training related to these fundamental pieces of equipment more productive, convenient, and memorable.

FEATURES Actual hardware, disassembled, cleaned, and modified for convenient viewing. High-durability, urethane coatings throughout. Cutaways throughout, with clear acrylic windows for safety. Clear acrylic switch cover. Simulated valve seats with actual valve stems. Steel mounting stand with leveling feet. Available with 110 VAC replacement motor with adapter and representative controls or standard 220/240 VAC, 3-phase motor with controls. Control cabinet, with industrial, bi-directional switch 3-pole breaker and running lights. Crating for shipment via motor freight.
