This heavy-duty, versatile, bench top fixture allows for realistic, yet convenient, training in industrial chain drive systems. Welded aluminum components, actual industrial hardware and a variety of hands-on exercises combine to provide a complete introduction to chain nomenclature, assembly, disassembly, alignment and maintenance. The use of straight keyed bore, taper bore, taper lock and QD bushings is also addressed. Packaged with several chain types, connecting links, an attachment chain sample, sprockets, bushings, and applicable tools, this training system offers a complete training experience in this fundamental industrial drive technology. Available from stock, this device will make training in chain drives more realistic, productive and efficient both in industrial training programs and within the educational environment.

FEATURES Steel channel baseplate with provision for tabletop mounting. Welded aluminum motor and driven elements. Ground steel shafting. Hand crank. Multiple motor positions, allowing for establishment of several different chain lengths. Provision for motor element jacking. Heavy-duty flanged bearings allowing for variation of misalignment. Chain, including #40 series standard, double pitch and single pitch, double strand chain. Connecting links, including cotter pin, spring clip and offset types. Attachment chain sample. (6) Mixed diameter sprockets, with provision for keyed, taper bore, taper lock and QD hubs. All components can be mounted on the DAC Electromechanical Integration Bench, #905. Overall size of 33"L x 12"W x 14"H (60 lbs). Packaging for shipment via UPS or motor freight.
