This unique training element is designed to be integrated into motorized applications on the DAC Electromechanical Benches, #905 and #905D. Including all the primary features found in many industrial conveyor systems, this device allows for realistic training in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting. Using the components provided, in combination with standard and optional bench components, belt tracking, belt tensioning, drive installation, brake tensioning, timing, and sensor installation can be accomplished. Using this device the student can be simultaneously introduced to an automated manufacturing process incorporating, motor control, mechanical drives, mechanical troubleshooting and sensors, with minimal expense. This training element will make training in multi-skill training more efficient, realistic and effective within industrial training programs and within the educational setting.

FEATURES Welded aluminum mounting frame. Hardware and structural components necessary for mounting on the DAC Electromechanical Bench, t-slotted rail system. Two drive rollers, 4" diameter, with keyed shafting. Five gravity rollers with bearings. Industrial-quality conveyor belting with connecting hardware. Four pillow block bearings. Provision for alignment and tensioning of belt using adjustable bearing support brackets. Allows for integration with DAC Electromechanical Integration Bench components relating to motor controls, belt drives, chain drives, gear reducers, brake/clutch applications, electric tensioning devices, AC drives and sensors. Overall size 36"L x 13"W x 13"H (20 lbs). Packaging for shipment via UPS.
