This new and improved, heavy-duty, work surface has been designed to accommodate and expand the usefulness of all DAC products relating to mechanical, electrical and fluid power maintenance training. Through a system of large, t-slotted, 80/20© mounting rails, many DAC mechanical products can mounted individually or combined, creating unique mechanical drive arrangements. Motor and motor control elements can be easily added, allowing for exercises in electrical maintenance, motor troubleshooting, teamwork, and preventive/predictive maintenance. Additionally, custom applications can be easily developed using optional 80/20© components and standard industrial hardware. Designed to accommodate two training workstations or combined exercises, this product can represents a strong foundation for a complete hands-on maintenance training program.

FEATURES Heavy-duty construction throughout. Tubular steel, folding legs with locks. Welded, tubular steel support structure and heavy gauge steel mounting surface. Tabletop allows attachment of DAC electrical product frames and mechanical product baseplates directly, without the use of 80/20 mounting rails. 80/20©, T-slotted, mounting rails. Allows for two individual mechanical workstations, four electrical products, or combined exercises using mechanical and electrical products. Compatible with many DAC mechanical and electrical training products through consistent mounting hole locations and shaft centerline positions. Allows for the use of the complete line of 80/20© structural components to create unique applications. Overall size of 39"W x 48"L x 33"H (175 lbs.).
