This heavy-duty steel work surface has been designed to mount and expand the usefulness of many DAC products relating to mechanical and electrical maintenance training. Many DAC mechanical and electrical products can be mounted directly using pre-drilled mounting holes in the top surface. All DAC mechanical mounting baseplates and all electrical frames can be easily mounted. The bench can easily accomodate four individual mechanical workstations or six electrical workstations. Additionally, a set of t-slotted mounting rails are provided, allowing for a 9-inch wide mounting circuit around the perhipery of the table. Using this mounting rail system, individual training elements from mechanical and electrical trainers can be mounted or combined to create complete electro-mechanical systems. These systems can include optional conveyors, PLC control motor control and fluid power applications. Whether used as mounting workbench for stand-alone training products or as a test bed to create automated, electro-mechanical systems, this product will help make hands-on training more realistic and convenient.

Welded, tubular steel tabletop support structure. 7-Gauge, steel top surface with provision for mounting DAC mechanical and electrical products directly or by using t-slotted mounting rails. 80/20©, T-slotted, mounting rails, allowing for creation of combined electro-mechanical systems. Provision for attachment of Optional Electrical Supply Module with service disconnect, and multiple outlets for single-phase and 3-phase electrical products. Allows for up to four individual mechanical training workstations, six electrical workstations or combined systems. Compatible with many DAC mechanical and electrical training products through consistent mounting hole locations and shaft centerlines. Allows for the use of the complete line of 80/20© structural components to create unique custom applications. Overall size of 39"W x 84"L x 33"H (225 lbs.).
